v4.31

Reception shows everyone waiting, and a big counter on your phone

Hinzugefügt
  • Business types · Psychic, tarot and spiritual readings. Readers can now pick their own business type when they sign up. Their storefront opens on a candlelit reading-room backdrop that slowly cross-fades, with sample readings to start from and wording that fits the trade. A new page for readers walks through how it works and opens a live sample storefront.
  • QR poster · Download it as a PDF. Your QR poster now has a Download PDF button next to Print, so you can save the poster to your phone or send it to a print shop. Only you see these buttons: anyone else who opens your poster link, or a screen showing it full screen, sees just the poster.
Verbessert
  • Counter · Big buttons on your phone. Tap Plus or Minus at the bottom of your waitlist and the counter opens full screen, with a big count and big buttons in the middle, so you can keep counting people at the door with one thumb.
Behoben
  • Reception · Everyone waiting shows up. With a single line, Reception showed nobody waiting, and guests added with quick add or the Add button only appeared on the waitlist board. Reception now lists everyone on your lines and picks up new guests straight away.
v4.30

A simpler menu, one place for your account, and the assistant beside your work

Hinzugefügt
  • Menu · A new, simpler menu. Four short sections (Work, Sell, Guest screens, Customers & insights) with the pages you use every day. Closed, it becomes a slim bar of icons, so your board gets the room.
  • Menu · Switch your guest screens on and off. Your storefront, check-in kiosk, display board and QR poster each have a switch, an edit button and an open button. Every switch tells you what changed for your guests, with an Undo.
  • Menu · Settings in one place. The Settings button at the bottom of the menu lists every setup page, grouped by Channels, Messages, Places, Devices and Integrations.
  • Account · Everything about your account in one place. Tap your name to see your plan, your usage, your business, your team and your sign-in, and to change your name and which emails we send you.
  • Plans · Sign up for Enterprise right on the plans page. Enterprise is now a plan you can start yourself, paying in the page like Pro, with no sales call needed.
Verbessert
  • Bookings · Your own booking calendar. Every account now has its own calendar, with the hours you set, on the Bookings calendar and as a choice when customers book. Set your hours from Team (or the catalog).
  • Bookings · Drag a booking to move it. On the Bookings calendar (Today and Week), drag a booking to another time, day or person. You get a heads-up if that time is taken, and a customer who was sent a confirmation gets the new time.
  • Bookings · A heads-up before double-booking. Adding a booking on the console now warns you when that person is already booked or off, and lets you book anyway.
  • Bookings · Time off and holidays. Block days or hours on any calendar, from the hours page or the staff page, and customers can't book them.
  • Bookings · Customers can cancel a booking online. Booking confirmations and reminders now link to the customer's own booking page, where they can cancel a booking that has no paid deposit. Messages also name the person they're booked with.
  • Bookings · Customers can move their own booking. Their booking page now has Change time, showing only the times that person really has free.
  • Team (Pro and Enterprise) · Customers book a person. When more than one person can do a service, customers choose who with — or First available, which shows every time anyone is free and books whoever is.
  • Team (Pro and Enterprise) · Choose who can do each service. In your catalog, tick the people who offer a service; customers pick one of them or First available.
  • Team (Pro and Enterprise) · A calendar for every team member, shared with the team. Each person has their own calendar and can share it with everyone or with chosen teammates. Shared calendars show on their staff page under Shared with you.
  • Team (Pro and Enterprise) · Your team signs in as themselves. Team members ask for a sign-in link with their own email or mobile, instead of keeping the invite link you sent. The address is on your Team page.
  • Team (Pro and Enterprise) · Turning off someone's access takes effect at once. Revoking, pausing or removing a team member signs them out straight away, and removing someone keeps their name on the bookings they had.
  • Assistant · It opens beside your work. It slides in from the right instead of covering the screen, in black and white, and a small ring in the message box shows how much of the chat it remembers, with a button to start a new one.
  • Usage · See every limit on your plan in one place. Usage now shows your lines (your first line included), products, the customers you can see, document templates and share links, and tells you when one is full. Your guest count is now called visits, since each time someone joins counts.
  • Console · A quieter screen. The bar at the bottom of the console now only appears when you're close to a monthly limit.
  • Console · Board controls live on the board. The row layout and your line's settings are now on the board's own bar, next to Close line.
Behoben
  • Menu · The new menu speaks your language. The menu, Settings, your account panel and the assistant now show in the language you picked for the console, instead of English.
  • Plans · Upgrade buttons on Notifications and Billing open the plans page instead of taking you back to your board.
  • Plans · The Pay button tells you when the terms box isn't ticked. On the plans page it used to stay grey with no reason given. Now pressing it highlights the box so you can tick it and carry on.
  • Console · Your display board is shown as running when it is. The Display board on your console home, and the assistant, used to say it was “available, not used yet” even while your TV display was on. They now show it as running, with the link for each line that has a display on.
v4.29

Board buttons in your business’s own words, and a more helpful assistant

Verbessert
  • Buttons use your business’s own words. On the waitlist board, the button that finishes a guest’s turn now says “Mark as Attended” for a clinic or office and “Mark as Served” for a salon, tattoo shop or jeweler, instead of “Mark as Seated” for everyone — in your language. The assistant now quotes the exact button names on your board when you ask how to do something.
  • Ask again, get the answer again. If you ask the assistant the same thing twice in a row, it shows you its answer again instead of sending you to support.
  • Event questions get event answers. Ask the assistant how to run a waitlist for an event and it now points you to the event mode that fits and the Event Pass, not just “add another line”.
Behoben
  • Your line’s name is on the waiting-room display. The display now shows your line’s name under the business name (when it’s different), so a clinic’s front-desk line is on the screen.
v4.28

A better-looking setup, questions that explain themselves, and one page for your plans

Verbessert
  • Setup looks the part. The setup steps now sit on a proper branded backdrop instead of a blank white page, each step carries its own icon, and every step is centred on screen — a tall step still starts at the top so nothing is cut off.
  • Setup questions explain themselves. The first question now asks what kind of business you manage and says plainly that your answer configures the rest — your lines, screens and defaults. “What are your guests waiting for?” is now “What lines can guests join?”, with a note that each line is its own separate queue.
  • Your location is set up before your lines. Setup now finishes one location — its name, address, description, time zone and hours — and only then asks what guests queue for. The rhythm question names the location it is asking about, and the address step reminds you that extra locations get set up later.
  • Fewer ways to get a half-finished setup. The setup questions no longer have a “Skip”, so nothing important is left blank. Your hours arrive filled in for your business type, and the description offers a suggested line built from your own details, so answering is usually one tap.
  • A much smaller payment form. Pick a plan from a compact selector and see just that plan, with a tick box to accept the terms before you pay. Apple Pay and Google Pay come first, then your card on a single row — no tabs, no country picker, so no more wrong-country defaults or local payment methods you never asked for. Pro now lists its real top features on the plan card.
  • Sign your payment agreement by hand. When you accept the payment processing agreement you now draw your signature as well as typing your name, and the signed copy emailed to you comes from Waitlist App.
  • Agreements in tabs. Your Agreements page opens on the agreements you have signed or still need to, with your business details, your lines of business and who signs each on its own tab.
  • Every plan opens right on the plans page. Pick the Event Pass, Pro or Enterprise and the next step appears in the same panel — card details for the pass and for Pro, a short “talk to our team” form for Enterprise. Nothing opens on a separate page, and Pro can switch to yearly right there.
  • Locations are named like places. A new location is called “Main location” instead of inheriting “My Waitlist”.
  • Manual or automatic, said plainly. The messaging step now asks whether you’ll text guests yourself from your own phone, or have us send it for you the moment a guest joins — text in the US and Canada, WhatsApp or email anywhere else. You have to pick one; it decides how your line runs.
  • Your plan page makes sense on Starter. It used to say “No Active Plan”, which read like something was broken. It now says Starter Plan with a Free plan badge, and a clear Upgrade to Pro button beside it.
  • You land on Reception. Signing in now opens the Reception view of your board rather than the waitlist view — it’s the screen most operators actually work from.
  • Buying an Event Pass works properly. You buy it right on the plans page, beside Pro and Enterprise, and you pay for it there and then — it used to say nothing was due and take no money. Each option says how many guests it covers.
  • Plans before you start. When you finish setting up, you now see your plan options — the Event Pass beside Pro and Enterprise, with your own storefront shown in a phone — before you land in your app. “Not now” takes you straight in.
  • Yearly Pro opens in a new tab so you keep your place on the plans page.
  • Your pass waits for you. Paying does not start the clock: your hours begin when your first real guest joins (adding your own number to test doesn’t count), so you can set everything up first. Your Event Pass page shows the pass is paid and waiting, with a Go live button to start the hours early — nothing more is charged when you do.
  • One place to see plans and upgrade. Every “Upgrade” button and “See plans” link now opens one clean page that shows Pro and Enterprise side by side, with a monthly or annual choice — instead of a different pop-up in each spot.
  • Hit your weekly limit? The upgrade prompt now takes you straight to that same plans page.
  • Running a one-time event? The plans page has a quiet link to the Event Pass, which keeps its own setup.
Behoben
  • Your payment agreement is on your Agreements page. Once you have signed it, it is listed under Taking payments with a link to your signed copy, whatever kind of business you run.
  • Go Live starts a paid Event Pass. Pressing Go Live on a pass you have already paid for now starts its hours straight away, instead of waiting for your first guest.
  • Previewing your storefront in another style — Karaoke, Tattoo, Haunted house, Face painting — no longer errors, and each style is named properly.
  • On the storefront in light mode, faint text on white (like the note under “Your account & activity”) is readable again.
  • Signing up by text no longer asks you to verify the same number twice.
  • Enterprise now always shows on the plans page — it used to be hidden unless you arrived from a special link.
v4.27

A cleaner business-type picker at sign-up, one-tap offers for every special mode, verify by text, and Event Pass: Pro for 48 hours, set up for your mode

Hinzugefügt
  • Every booking confirms the customer and alerts you — on every plan. A customer who gave an email address gets a confirmation email with the service, time and booking number. You get a new-booking alert in the bell and by email; the email can be turned off later in settings.
  • Verify by text — didn’t get the email code? On the verify page tap Text me a code instead and enter your US or Canadian mobile number. We text you a code. A verified phone unlocks adding and sharing guests, and you can still verify your email later for receipts and billing. Numbers outside the US and Canada keep using the email code for now.
  • A 48-hour Pro pass for any mode — one Event Pass gives you every Pro feature for 48 hours, set up for the mode you choose: karaoke, tattoo, haunted house, face painting and the event modes.
  • Switch your pass to another mode — any time while it runs, from Storefront settings. Your line, your waiting customers and your menu stay; the page style and starter settings follow.
  • Customers included, counted for you — your usage page shows how many of your included customers you have used, and the host screen gives you a heads-up as you near the limit. Sign-ups keep working either way.
  • Event Pass terms, one tap away — a plain-words terms page says what the pass includes and how it ends, linked from the ticket, the payment step, your receipt and your email.
  • A confirmation email when you buy a pass — with what is included, when it ends and a link to the terms.
Verbessert
  • Pick your business from one list — at sign-up, tap the business type box and every option opens full screen in a tidy grid you can scroll. Pick one and the box shows it; tap it again to change.
  • A simpler first step at sign-up: your business name and type, then on with setup. The name box now matches the type box so it is easy to spot, and it is required — you can’t continue with it blank or still set to the default, so your customers never see “My Waitlist” instead of your name.
  • Your one-time offer now shows once, full screen, when you first land in your console — with your own storefront in a phone, in the mode’s look, a Look switch under it to see your page as Cinematic, Classic or any other mode, and a “Not now” if you’d rather start free.
  • Event Pass says what you get — Pro for 48 hours, set up for your mode, with the customers included, no renewal and no subscription. You see the same words on the sign-up ticket, the offer, the payment step and your receipt, with the full terms one tap away. Karaoke’s pass works the same way now.
  • Passkeys: the sign-in card now says “Set a passkey” and explains it.
Behoben
  • Business type names no longer squeeze onto four or five lines or get cut off on a laptop screen.
  • “See demo” on the tattoo offer now plays the demo, like it does for karaoke.
  • The mode demo now has arrows and moves on by itself on desktop.
  • In the sign-up offer, the “What’s included” and “See all Pro features” lists are readable again, the demo stays inside its phone with one screen at a time, and the onboarding page no longer looks like it is still loading.
  • Booking: your details stay on screen with an Edit button, free bookings get a View your booking link, and the done screen says whether a confirmation was sent.
  • Customers now verify a phone number by text before it is added to their account.
v4.26

Didn't get your verification code? Fix your email or ask for a new one right on the page

Verbessert
  • “Didn’t get the code?” — on the verify page and the dashboard banner, you can fix a mistyped email address and get a new code right there, without signing up again.
Behoben
  • Asking for another verification email now waits a little longer each time, and is limited per account and per network, so nobody can use it to flood an inbox.
v4.25

Haunt mode and paint mode — a line per attraction or per painter, tickets or designs paid up front, and consents with your age rules

Hinzugefügt
  • Haunt page style — for haunted houses and scare attractions. Groups scan your QR code, pick an attraction or Any attraction, say how many are in the group, and wait anywhere. They only ever see their own spot.
  • Tickets per person — sell general admission or combo tickets from your catalog, one per person in the group, or let people pay at the box office. Each ticket has its own QR, and the group can share them from their phone. Add-ons are picked up at the gate.
  • Scare release with age rules — 13+ with a guardian signing under 18 to start, or your own rules per attraction. Tell QT “Make the Manor 16+”.
  • Age rules on your waiver — set your minimum age, have a parent or guardian sign too under an age you pick, or give one artist their own age. Customers see your age rules at the top of the waiver. In setup, just tell QT “Make it 16+”.
  • “Chicken out” — a group can leave the line from their phone. Add-ons they paid for are refunded; tickets are not. The line stays first come, first served.
  • Send next group — the host app shows group sizes and sends the next group for each attraction. The counter tablet works as your box office. Haunt mode is part of Pro.
  • Paint page style — for face painting, makeup and glitter. Families scan your QR code, pick a painter, the glitter bar or First available, and wait anywhere. Their phone shows a playful line page: their number in a spinning paint ring, how many are ahead, and a confetti screen when it’s their turn.
  • Your menu, with your photos — each child picks a design or glitter item from your own catalog, with your photos and prices, and pays in full or at the booth. They can switch designs while they wait. Paint mode starts with an empty menu: add each design with a photo and a price in setup, and families only ever see what you added.
  • Siblings, paid once — a parent adds brothers and sisters, each with their own spot and design, and pays once for everyone. If you can’t fit one child in, only that child’s design is refunded.
  • Parent consent & skin check — allergies and broken skin, signed by a parent or guardian for anyone under 18 to start. Paint mode is part of Pro.
v4.24

Tattoo mode is here — walk-ins per artist, deposits, and waivers signed before they sit down

Hinzugefügt
  • Tattoo page style — walk-ins scan your QR code, pick an artist or First available, see their wait, and wait anywhere. They only ever see their own spot. Set up tattoo mode.
  • Deposits, a piercing menu and add-ons — take a deposit that comes off the tattoo, sell piercings and aftercare up front, and choose what happens on a no-show: keep it, refund it, or ask each time. Money goes to your own Stripe account.
  • Your waiver, signed before they sit down — scan or upload the waiver you already use, or start from ours, and customers sign it on their phone before they join or at the counter.
  • A counter tablet — walk-ins sign up at the counter, pay by scanning a code with their phone or by card on the tablet, and sign the waiver on either device. The tablet resets itself for the next person.
  • Run the shop from your phone — open /tattoo/host, tap Call next for any artist, and see “On my way” or “I need 5 more minutes” the moment they reply. Add walk-ins by Text, WhatsApp, Email or None.
  • Guided setup with QT — six short steps: artists, getting paid, deposits, menu and add-ons, waiver, then a test customer and go live. Skip any step and come back later.
  • 48-hour pass — Tattoo mode is part of Pro, and any account can set it up and preview it. Not on Pro? A 48-hour pass runs it for two days, with an intro price on your first pass.
  • Photos on your products — add a photo to anything in Products and customers see it next to the price on your menu. Photos straight from your phone are fine; we resize them for you.
Behoben
  • When two people tapped Call next or Next singer at the same moment, the same guest could get two texts, and the guest just called could lose their turn. Calls now take turns, and the second tap simply shows you the line as it is now.
  • The kiosk’s “Ordering or buying tickets?” box now only appears when your storefront is actually selling something. Before, any active product turned it on, even with Menu, Tickets and Order ahead switched off.
v4.23

Karaoke mode is here — singers sign up from a QR code, the whole room sees who’s up, and you tap Next

Hinzugefügt
  • Karaoke page style — your storefront becomes a karaoke night: Now singing, Up next and a Sign up to sing card. Singers scan your QR code, pick their song and choose how to hear when they’re up — text, WhatsApp, email or nothing at all. Set it up in Storefront settings.
  • Run the night from Tonight — the karaoke console shows who’s singing and who’s next. Tap Next singer and the next person gets their turn; the singer after them gets an “on deck” text so they’re ready.
  • A neon TV board — put the rotation on the screen over the stage so the whole room sees who’s up, plus a karaoke kiosk for walk-up sign-ups at the bar.
  • Singers manage their own spot — from their phone a singer can change their song, let others go first, or leave the list. No trips to the host.
  • Karaoke Night Pass — Karaoke mode is part of Pro, and any account can preview it. Not on Pro? Buy one night of Pro set up for karaoke, with an intro price on your first pass, or run it every night with Pro.
v4.22

Now on Enterprise: an AI phone agent that answers your business line — plus a faster free app

Hinzugefügt
  • AI phone agent on Enterprise — your own business number, answered every time by an assistant our team sets up with your services, hours and policies. It helps callers book, takes messages, puts urgent calls through to your staff and sends you a summary of every call. See how it works.
  • Add a guest without leaving your line — Add now opens a sheet over your list instead of a full-screen form: type the name, tap − / + for party size, add a phone, and you’re done. + Email and + Note are one tap away, and quick tags match your business (Patio, Booth and High chair for restaurants; Haircut and Color for salons, and so on).
  • Next — a new button in the free app’s bottom bar opens the guest at the front of your line in one tap, ready to notify, seat or serve. A badge shows how many are still waiting.
  • Call, text or email a guest from their row — tap the phone to call (we ask first), the message icon to text through Messages or WhatsApp on your phone, or the envelope to email. No need to open their record.
  • Full-screen counter — the Plus and Minus buttons now open a big, thumb-friendly counter with large + and − buttons. Reset asks first and can be undone, and your screen stays awake while you count.
Verbessert
  • Cleaner guest rows — each guest fits on one compact row. The circle now shows the party size, coloured by status (waiting, called, seated), with Notify, Seat, Serve and No-show as one-tap icons.
  • A tidier menu — the free app’s menu is grouped into Guest screens, Your day and Help & info, with one clear account button at the bottom.
  • Your list view stays put — the status filter and sort you pick (for example “Waiting”) are kept when you refresh.
  • Reservations open on the month calendar when nothing is booked today, so you see what’s coming instead of an empty day.
  • Google Calendar sync on Enterprise — connect your calendar so busy times block booking slots and every confirmed booking is added as an event.
Behoben
  • “Today” reservations now use your own time zone — in the evening in the US, the Today filter could show tomorrow’s bookings.
v4.21

Every paid sale sends your customer a receipt — on every plan, on us

Hinzugefügt
  • Platform-funded customer confirmations — when a paid sale clears (orders, tickets, bookings, memberships), the customer automatically gets a text (US/Canada) and email receipt — on every plan, included with the platform service fee. No monthly cap, no managed-SMS pack required, no draw on the operator’s channel allowance. Starter accounts get the same courtesy send Pro does.
  • Your branded confirmations still run on top. If you’ve customised the orders / ticketing / check-in notification wording in Settings, those still fire as before — the platform receipt is the universal floor, not a replacement.
Verbessert
  • Payment agreement “What the fee covers” callout now spells out the customer-confirmation guarantee, and the public /legal/payment-agreement page carries the same text so prospects can read it before signing up.
  • Pricing page adds a “Paid-sale confirmations to your customer — on us” bullet to both Starter and Pro cards.
v4.20

Take payments on Starter — and get 14 days of Pro free when you connect Stripe

Hinzugefügt
  • Payments open on every plan — a Starter can now connect Stripe at /app/payments and start accepting cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay the same day. No upgrade required to take money.
  • “Connect Stripe, get 14 days of Pro” one-time offer — finish Stripe setup in onboarding and we unlock Pro for 14 days: lower per-sale fee + every Pro feature. Card captured on day one, nothing charged during the trial, $199/mo starts on day 15 unless you cancel. One per account, forever.
  • Pricing page redone — Starter card now shows the Products & menu cap (10 items) and the payments bullet; Pro card reframes payments as “lower per-sale fee” (it’s the rate that upgrades, not the capability).
Verbessert
  • Payment agreement page now surfaces an “Updated terms available — please re-sign” banner for grace-period signers so you can accept the new version without losing your current coverage.
  • Finish Stripe setup button now opens Stripe in a new tab so you don’t lose the Payments page.
  • Chatbot updated: payments is Starter+, Pro is a fee drop + more selling surfaces (tickets / order-ahead / memberships). It’ll pitch exactly that when a Starter asks about Pro.
Behoben
  • Payments nav no longer shows a Pro-lock badge for Starter accounts (the sidebar entry was still gated after the controller unblocked it).
  • Service worker publishes on every deploy again — the sw:publish step was missing from the new SSM deploy path, causing 1,666 bogus /sw.js 404s per day and breaking PWA installability.
v4.19

See the whole guest journey — a cross-functional map on your Storefront page

Hinzugefügt
  • Journey map on Settings → Storefront → Journey map — a cross-functional diagram of who does what at each stage of a walk-in guest's visit, from “Walks in” through “Pays and saves app to home screen.”
  • Six lanes — Customer, Receptionist, Platform · Storefront, Artist, Platform · Console, Platform · Backbone. Shows exactly which role or system is doing the work at each step and where the hand-offs happen.
  • Click a role or stage for a plain-language description of what it is; click Platform · Console to see a live mockup of the Reception page your front desk uses.
  • Replay the whole journey — one click animates a dot through all 21 steps with the detail bar updating in sync. Great for showing new staff how the system works end to end.
Verbessert
  • Chatbot now knows about the journey map — ask it “how does the waitlist work?” or “what does the receptionist do?” for a quick walkthrough.
  • MCP gets a new storefront_journey_get tool so external agents can read the same cross-functional model.
v4.18

WhatsApp notifications are here — included on Pro and Enterprise

Hinzugefügt
  • Automatic WhatsApp send — guests who opt in at join or booking time get their waitlist and reservation updates on WhatsApp. Nothing to configure, nothing to turn on.
  • Nothing to set up — no per-business WhatsApp signup, no Meta verification, no second phone to buy. Flip the toggle in Settings → Notifications and you’re live.
  • Guests pick their channel at join — the join form, booking form, kiosk, ticket and waiver all offer SMS or WhatsApp side by side. The operator sees which one each guest chose on their card.
  • Falls back to SMS automatically — if a WhatsApp send fails for any reason, the same message goes out by SMS so the guest still gets it.
  • Reply STOP in WhatsApp to opt out — a guest who replies STOP to any WhatsApp message is opted out of future updates on every channel, right away. START opts them back in.
  • Included on Pro and Enterprise — no add-on, no per-message cost. Starter still uses SMS only.
v4.17

International Monthly plan is here — $99/mo with WhatsApp included

Hinzugefügt
  • International Monthly — $99/mo — a monthly subscription for operators in countries where Stripe Connect isn’t available. Full Pro except the two things their country can’t hold: merchant payouts and managed SMS.
  • WhatsApp notifications included — international guests who opt in get their notifications on WhatsApp automatically. Nothing to turn on, no second number to buy.
  • 1,500 new-guest allowance per month — the same monthly cap as the Year plan, just billed monthly instead of up front.
  • Night pass still there for one-off events — $29.99 buys 48 hours of Pro if a monthly subscription is more than tonight needs. No account commitment.
v4.16

Everything your plan includes, in one table on Home — with the same sections in your menu and on pricing

Hinzugefügt
  • Every feature, in one table on Home — Home lists every feature in the app in seven sections: Channels, Operations, Taking money, Guest screens, Messages, Insights, and Customers & team. Each row shows its status (Live, Ready to use, Needs you or Not on your plan), the plan that includes it, and one button that takes you there or sets it up. Tap a feature you have to open its live counts and any setup steps left. It reads in your console language.
  • Product updates by email — when we publish a release here, you get one email that sums it up. On a day nothing ships, nothing is sent. Turn it off under Settings → Notifications → Emails to you, or with the one-click unsubscribe link in any of those emails.
Verbessert
  • One set of sections everywhere — your console menu and the pricing page use the same sections as Home. Taking money holds Products, Menu, Fulfillment and Payments; Customers & team holds Customers, History, Team and Documents; Locations, Stations and Seating charts sit under Settings; and Analytics is now Insights.
  • Products on every plan — the Products menu item opens on Starter, which includes up to 10 products. Pro removes the limit and lets you take payment.
  • Each board section says what it is — under your line, Your storefront and Public display each carry a one-line description, like the self check-in kiosk, in every language.
  • Pro agreements name your organization — before you sign, you confirm the organization that is signing (we suggest its legal name for you), and the agreement names it. You sign one master agreement once; each plan or offer after that is a short order form.
Behoben
  • Settings → Notifications opens on every plan — the page could fail to load on Starter. It opens for every account, including from the link in an “auto texts turned off” notice.
v4.15

Build your team by chat, assign members to their lines, and seat guests from your chart

Hinzugefügt
  • Build your team by chat — tell the assistant “make Roberta a receptionist” or “put Ricarda on Massage 2” and confirm the card. It adds a member, sets their role, or assigns their lines.
  • Assign team members to their lines — a “Works these lines” control on the Team page decides which lines each member sees in their portal. Leave it empty and they work every line.
  • Seat a guest in a specific seat — in the free app, when you have a seating chart, tapping Seat opens the chart to place the guest. Seats free up on their own when the guest is served or moved, and the seat shows on their card.
Verbessert
  • Collapse the Reception check-in form — tap its header to roll it up and give the roster the screen. Your choice is remembered on that device.
  • Two optional live-day steps on the waitlist setup guide — turn on text notifications, and ask guests for a mobile number when they join, so you can text them their turn on day one.
Behoben
  • A blocked text explains itself — when a guest notification or a staff invite can’t send because your own mobile isn’t verified yet, you see the reason and a one-tap link to verify. A staff invite still gives you a copyable sign-in link.
v4.14

Do more from the free app — search your line, edit a guest, undo a tap, and lay out your room

Hinzugefügt
  • Build a seating chart in the free app — lay out your room on a grid, mark seats by type, and name them. It saves on your device and comes with you when you create an account, ready to sell assigned seats.
  • Show “Now serving” on a second screen — on a computer with an external monitor or TV, open a full-screen board your guests can watch while you run the line on your own screen.
Verbessert
  • Find anyone on your board — search your line by name, filter by status, and sort by arrival, wait time, or name.
  • Edit a guest without starting over — change a name, party size, phone or note right on the board and they keep their place and their wait time.
  • Undo the last change — notify, seat, serve, mark a no-show or remove someone, and undo it for a few seconds with one tap.
  • Mark where each guest is — move a guest through waiting, notified, seated, served or no-show; served guests roll into a history kept on your device.
v4.13

Run a front desk with several lines — move guests, book ahead, and see everyone at a glance

Hinzugefügt
  • A board view for Reception — see all your lines side by side, each as its own column, and drag a guest from one line to another. Every move asks you to confirm and can be undone with one tap. Switch between the board and the classic list whenever you like.
  • Move a guest to another line — send someone from one line to another without removing and re-adding them — they keep their place, their history and their live tracking link.
  • Book an appointment from the front desk — Reception check-in now offers “First available” or a specific date and time, so the same screen handles a walk-in and a booking. Choose which line it goes on.
  • The whole guest, in one view — the Manage view now shows whether someone is a new or returning customer, when they checked in, a tap-to-call number and tap-to-email address, and a link to their full customer profile.
  • Pick the line when you add someone — if you run more than one line, the Add (+) button now lets you choose which line a walk-in or a booking joins.
Verbessert
  • Color-code your lines — each line on the board carries its own color. Lines named for urgency start color-matched — walk-in blue, and red, amber or green by severity — and you can repaint any line yourself.
  • Notes and answers ride along on the board — a guest's note and their custom-field answers show right on the card and the row, so the front desk sees what matters without opening anyone.
  • Your custom questions at the front desk too — the intake fields you set for each line (a pet's name, a plate number, a company) are now asked at Reception check-in, not only at self check-in.
  • A heads-up before you run low — on Pro, a bar appears once you pass 70% of your monthly customer allowance, with the option to add a customer pack before you reach it.
  • A cleaner, steadier console — the kiosk card is split into clear share and settings sections, section headers match throughout, and the mode you're in is named right in the header.
v4.12

More of the app is free — set up, book, and run your line from anywhere

Hinzugefügt
  • Your storefront and display board on every plan — your branded guest page (get in line, buy tickets, see your menu, order ahead) and the full-screen “Now Serving” board for a venue TV are now part of every plan, Starter included.
  • Sign in with a passkey, and add the app to your phone — set up a passkey and sign in with your face or fingerprint instead of waiting on a magic link, and follow the new “Add to your phone” guide to install the app to your home screen so it opens like any other app.
  • Sign up in a single field — getting started now takes one field: enter your email and you’re in — no password to set, and nothing else to fill in first.
  • Put your live waitlist on your own website — drop a small snippet onto your site and your real, live waitlist appears right there, so visitors join from your page without coming to ours. Free to add.
  • Manage bookings on Starter — add, edit and keep track of reservations on the free plan, not just Pro. Bookable providers, paid services and a self-serve /book page stay on Pro.
Verbessert
  • A rebuilt guided setup — setup now moves one field at a time, with a live preview of your storefront updating as you go. Step away and it resumes right where you left off, and an Ask the assistant button sits in the wizard whenever you need a hand.
  • Add a walk-in by asking the assistant — tell the assistant to put someone in your line and it fills in the details for you — you confirm before anyone is added.
  • A notifications inbox in the header — tap the bell to read a notice full-screen and swipe to clear it, all in the language you’ve selected.
  • A full-screen tally counter — tap your head-count to open a big, one-handed counter with large + and − buttons for fast counting.
v4.11

Ask your guests exactly what you need to know

Hinzugefügt
  • Two more custom fields on your join form — alongside the note field and the urgency rating, the join-form builder now offers two short-answer fields you can name yourself: Pet's Name for a clinic, a vehicle plate for a tire shop, a company name for an office. Guests answer at self check-in, and the answers appear right on the guest's card on your board and in Reception's Manage view.
Verbessert
  • Reception's Manage view now shows the guest's intake answers — the note they wrote and any custom-field answers, so the front desk sees the full picture without leaving the roster.
v4.10

Change a guest's urgency without losing their place

Hinzugefügt
  • Set or change urgency right on the row — the 1–5 urgency rating (the join form's rating field) is now editable in place: tap the hearts next to a guest on the waitlist board or the Reception roster to set it, change it, or clear it. The guest keeps their spot in line, their history and their live tracking link — no more removing and re-adding anyone when their situation changes. Built for triage: vet clinics and urgent care rate severity as patients arrive and adjust it as they're assessed.
  • Capture urgency at the front desk — Reception's check-in form now includes the rating, so staff can record how urgent a walk-in is at intake, not just when guests rate themselves at self check-in.
Verbessert
  • The rating shows wherever the guest does — a guest's urgency now appears on the waitlist board, the Reception roster and the Manage view, and stays in step across your devices.
v4.9

A working clinic queue right on the page, and a steadier way in

Hinzugefügt
  • The app, already set up for your trade — open /offline/healthcare, /offline/salon, /offline/tattoo or /offline/restaurant and the app is already the thing that page said it was: the right tools out, called the right names, nothing to configure first. It is the same app in each case, not a cut-down widget — the full offline shell, installable to the home screen.
  • A walk-in clinic queue — triage ordering rather than arrival order, a lobby screen that shows tokens instead of names, and waits estimated from the real visit lengths ahead of a patient rather than an average.
  • Patient names stay on the device — the clinic queue runs entirely in your browser. Nothing about a patient is uploaded, synced or stored on our side, by design.
  • Each guide hands you straight to it — the industry guides now open the app set up for that trade in one tap, instead of leaving you to find the right settings yourself.
Verbessert
  • Search engines see the right pages — language alternates that pointed at pages which no longer existed have been withdrawn, and the glossary is now available in every supported language.
  • Clearer credit on your storefront — the platform credit on a storefront now points at the platform itself rather than at one of its front doors.
Geändert
  • The app has moved to /offline — it used to live at /free. Every existing link, bookmark and home-screen install keeps working: the old address redirects permanently, so nothing you have saved needs updating.
Behoben
  • Signing up works, every time — a fault in the sign-up form was rejecting valid submissions even when everything on screen looked correct. Fixed, and covered by tests that exercise the form the way a person actually uses it.
  • Joining a public waitlist works again — joining from a public link could fail on venues that ask their own custom questions. Fixed.
  • Every storefront loads in French — a translation fault took French storefronts offline. Fixed, with a guard that now catches this whole class of problem before it can ship.
  • No more being turned away on your first try — sign-in, sign-up and magic-link requests each have their own allowance now. Previously a busy moment elsewhere on the site could turn a first-time visitor away.
  • Orders keep an accurate trail — an order will not advance if the record of it cannot be written, and ordinary transitions are now recorded on the audit trail.
v4.8

Invitations that can carry a trial, and a console that speaks your language throughout

Hinzugefügt
  • An invitation can carry a trial — bring someone into your network with a trial already attached to the invitation, so their account starts ready to use rather than waiting on a separate step.
Verbessert
  • The console speaks your language throughout — 71 phrases per language that had been quietly falling back to English are now translated, so the Pro console reads consistently end to end.
Behoben
  • Agreements no longer stall — an incomplete set of business details could leave an agreement unable to move forward in either direction. It now waits properly instead of deadlocking.
  • Payouts settle correctly on refunds — a refund issued after a payout had already run could be counted twice. Corrected, and drivers are never the ones left short.
v4.7

Event check-in, your way — ask for your QR codes, lock it to your crew list, and go live in a sentence

Hinzugefügt
  • Ask the assistant for your QR codes — and go live by asking (Enterprise) — in Event check-in, say “give me the QR codes for my event” and the assistant lists every place with its check-in link and a printable QR poster to hang at the door; say “we run Sep 5–7, make it live” and it sets your event dates and opens it — a single Confirm tap, no forms.
  • Send your customer a setup summary (Enterprise) — one branded email that lays out their whole check-in: every location with its guest check-in link, a link to print all the QR posters at once, and exactly how a check-in works. It’s built from the live setup so it can never go stale, and it arrives in the customer’s language. Send it from the event page, or preview it first — nothing goes out until you send it.
  • Lock check-in to your roster, with an allowance per person (Enterprise) — switch a station from open walk-up to registered-only in one move: load your ID list, give each person an allowance (say, two meals a day), and only people on the list with allowance left get in. It runs the safe steps in order, so it can never accidentally turn everyone away — and you can reopen it any time.
  • A check-in API, and more you can do by talking to it (Enterprise) — a full API to set up events, take check-ins and pull your report, plus the same moves in the assistant and Claude — automate your door, or just ask for it.
Verbessert
  • A shorter walk-up check-in — a station that collects details now opens straight to one form — a guest’s name is asked once, not twice — and it only asks for a phone or email when your setup actually needs one.
  • Count everything, or cap per person — your call — a walk-up station can simply count every completed check-in (the only rule being the fields you require are filled in), or hold a per-person limit — without changing anything else about the form.
v4.6

Bring a dispatcher aboard by name — QR invitations, agreements that quote your own fees, and a live picture of what you earn

Hinzugefügt
  • Invite someone into your network by name — create an invitation for a specific person, show them a QR code to scan or send them a link, and their account arrives already connected to you. The relationship comes from the invitation itself, so it can never be mistyped.
  • A guided dispatcher setup — a new operator is walked from agreements, to their own pricing, to Stripe, to their first driver, and told plainly at each point what is still standing between them and taking a real booking.
  • Agreements that quote your actual numbers — the terms your riders and drivers see are rendered from the fees you set, and the copy anyone signs is frozen at signature: changing a price later never rewrites a deal somebody already agreed to.
  • What you could earn — a live breakdown on your revenue console showing what your fees, your fleet and your network add up to per month, with every rate shown beside the figure it produced.
  • Add your drivers from a spreadsheet — paste or upload a list, see exactly what will happen before it happens, and commit. Bad rows come back explained instead of failing the whole import.
  • Your pricing, on one screen — ride rates, surge, driver share and any reseller markup together in one place instead of three.
Verbessert
  • Reseller earnings are charged consistently — a reseller's markup is now funded the same way whichever payout mode a business runs, and drivers are explicitly insulated from it: nobody earns less because the business above them works with a reseller.
  • Every setup screen answers the same way — the console, the assistant and our JSON endpoints now share one set of rules per action, so a change made by talking to QT and a change made by clicking are the same change.
Behoben
  • Two integration tools rejected their own documented fields — inviting a driver or adding a rider through the API failed when you sent exactly what the published schema asked for. Both now accept it, with tests that read the schema rather than assuming it.
v4.5

Guests just say where they're going — a conversational ride assistant, a smart request bar, and post-ride ratings

Hinzugefügt
  • A conversational ride assistant (Dispatch) — guests tap the assistant and book a ride by chatting — “I need a car to the airport at 6” — and it fills in the pickup, drop-off, time and vehicle for them, then hands straight to the same secure booking and payment. No form to hunt through.
  • A composable guest app (/app) — one guest surface where customers type what they need in a request bar and the app opens the right thing — starting with “book a ride” — whether they type it or ask the assistant.
  • Post-ride ratings & problem reports (Dispatch) — when a trip completes the rider gets a quick “How was your ride?” star prompt and can flag a problem, so completion is no longer a dead end and you hear about issues right away.
Verbessert
  • One booking path, two front doors — the typed request bar and the chat assistant now run through the same intake, pricing and dispatch as the storefront booking — every quote and every ride follows one trusted, server-side path.
v4.4

Sell passes, memberships & tours right in your storefront — customers never leave the page

Hinzugefügt
  • Class passes & punch-cards (Pro) — sell a single drop-in or a multi-visit pass as a product: customers add it to the cart, pay, and get a redeem-at-the-door pass — perfect for studios, gyms and classes.
  • Memberships that subscribe in the page (Pro) — recurring monthly/annual memberships check out inside your storefront with the card form right in the cart — no redirect to a separate page. One membership per customer per plan, with tenant-set exclusive groups so tiers don’t stack.
  • Sign a waiver without leaving checkout (Pro) — attach a waiver or consent form to booking, sign-up or check-in; when it’s required the customer signs it right in the cart and continues to pay — signed once, never asked again.
  • Tours & charters with departures (Pro) — sell scheduled trips with a real departure and arrival (each with its own time and place, e.g. a Quincy→Winthrop ferry) and one-way or round-trip tickets — all through the same in-page cart.
Verbessert
  • Everything stays in your storefront — passes, memberships, waivers and tour tickets all check out on your page with one cart and one card form — nothing bounces customers to another site.
  • Storefront icons fit your business — the shop/menu icons match your vertical (a studio’s shop isn’t a fork & knife), and the “Powered by” credit links back in a new tab.
v4.3

Run a car service from your page — riders book, drivers get dispatched, you get paid

Hinzugefügt
  • Dispatch mode — livery & ride-hailing (Pro) — run a car service straight from your storefront: riders book a ride (pickup, drop-off, now or scheduled, and the service tier they want), see an instant quoted fare computed from your own rate tables — flat, per-mile, per-hour or by zone — and pay up front. Find it in the mode menu → Dispatch.
  • Smart driver dispatch — a live ride texts your on-shift drivers an accept / decline link and the first to accept wins — no double-booking — while scheduled rides release automatically before pickup.
  • Live map, driver details & two-way messaging — once a driver accepts, the rider watches the car on a live map with an ETA and can message the driver right from the tracking page.
  • A driver app with no app store — invite drivers by text (a magic link opens their portal), manage each driver’s cars as vehicles, and require a verified driver’s license before anyone goes on shift.
  • Driver payouts, two ways — choose per account: Collect only — you take the full fare and get a per-driver reconciliation report to pay drivers yourself — or Collect & distribute — drivers connect their own Stripe and every fare is split automatically: each driver gets the same set percentage, you keep the rest, we take our fee.
  • An immersive storefront for livery — a full-screen video backdrop with the booking as a slide-up, full-screen flow — the same cinematic look as our club storefront.
Verbessert
  • Smarter booking that knows where the rider is — address autocomplete centred on the rider’s own location (not a default region), one-tap current-location pickup, and draggable map pins to fine-tune the exact pickup and drop-off.
  • A guest account drawer — guests get a tidy account panel in your storefront with on-the-spot language switching, so they browse and book in their own language.
Behoben
  • Steadier checkout — reliability fixes across the storefront checkout so paying goes through cleanly the first time.
v4.2

Run venue partnerships end to end — from a prospect to a signed operating agreement

Hinzugefügt
  • Lead management for promoters (Enterprise) — run your venue partnerships from one pipeline at /app/leads: add a club and its decision-maker, and turn a prospect into a signed, on-file partnership without leaving the app.
  • A plain-English operating agreement — each lead drafts a short working agreement between your business and the club, with your refund policy as Appendix A and, when you cover specific nights, the events with their dates & times as Appendix B.
  • Coverage your way — cover specific events or lock a fixed 6- or 12-month term (12 months by default), and the agreement reads accordingly.
  • Verified e-signature — send the agreement by email or platform text; the contact signs on a hardened page after confirming their phone with a texted code and drawing their signature on screen, and a signed PDF goes to both of you.
  • A clean request-changes round-trip — if the contact isn’t ready, they can decline with a reason, which reopens the lead for edits and a resend — no starting over.
  • Your standard wording, once — set your business / legal name and edit the standard agreement text on the Standard wording page, and every new lead starts from it.
  • Agreements archive — every signed document stays on file in one place, so you can pull up the exact terms of any partnership at any time.
v4.1

Pre-launch mode — a waitlist form for your own website

Hinzugefügt
  • Pre-launch mode — building something new? Add a domain ($29.99/yr per domain, on any registered account — Starter and up) and drop a pre-launch waitlist form onto your own website with one script tag. Signups land in your dashboard with views + signup counts and CSV export. Find it in the mode menu → Pre-launch.
  • One-script embed, locked to your domain — paste a single <script> snippet and a clean, spam-protected signup form appears, styled to fit. It only works on the domain you registered, and you choose which fields to collect (name, email, phone, company, message).
  • Manage it with Claude — each domain has a Connect Claude button that hands you a scoped token: give it to Claude (or any MCP client) to read your signups, edit the form, and grab your embed code — for that domain only.
  • Collect a signed document (Pro) — on Pro, attach one of your documents so every signup is sent to review & sign it (an investor agreement, an NDA…) right after joining.
v4.0

Tours & charters, order-to-your-seat QR codes, and one account for your guests

Hinzugefügt
  • Tours & charters (Enterprise) — built for tour and charter operators: define a tour once (meeting point, duration, capacity, your guide) and stamp out departures one by one or on a weekly pattern. Every departure sells with its own per-passenger pricing (Adult, Child, or book the whole vessel), guests get QR boarding passes by email, and boarding runs on the same door scanner your events use. Find it in the mode menu; set up with our team at contact sales.
  • Tour cards on your storefront — your tours appear as one card each with a pick-a-date list, live seats-left counts, and your guides shown by name (“with Captain Dave”) — instead of a separate listing per date. Private charters show as book-the-whole-thing.
  • Order QR codes (Fulfillment) — print a code and stick it on a table, seat or counter: guests scan it, see your menu on their phone, pay, and the order lands on your board with exactly where to bring it. One code can cover your whole location, a single station’s menu (the bar sells drinks, the galley sells food), or individual seats from your seating chart — with a printable sticker sheet for the lot.
  • A focused page for seated guests — someone who scans a seat code sees “Ordering to seat 12A” and your menu — not the full storefront. The sales sections stay out of the way while they’re being served, and one tap brings the full page back.
  • One account for your guests — guests now have a single sign-in across every business on the platform. At /account they manage their details and see each place they’ve visited — their spots, orders, bookings and tickets — with one tap back into your storefront. A quiet “My account” link appears in your storefront header once a guest signs in; what they see about your business stays yours alone.
Verbessert
  • Crew boards know where the order goes — order cards on the fulfilment board carry a seat & station chip, so table service is a glance, not a guess.
v3.9

Your guest page, your look — four styles and shorter links

Hinzugefügt
  • Tracking-page styles (Pro) — the page your guests open from their text comes in four looks: Modern (photo hero with a floating status card), Minimal (type-first and monochrome), Steampunk (a brass-and-iron ticket hall with brass, silver or gold accents), and Classic. Pick yours under Display → Tracking page style, with one-tap previews.
  • Short guest links — texts carry a compact link like waitlistapp.org/g/x7k2m9, leaving far more room for your own words in every message. The same 6-character code appears on the guest’s page as a typable check-in code, and it’s what their QR encodes — staff can scan it or key it in.
  • Live-updating badge — guests see a clear “updates automatically” pulse on their page, so nobody wonders whether to refresh.
  • International guests, handled — the kiosk has a country picker (defaults to US & Canada), stores every number properly formatted with its country code, and when a guest’s country can’t receive our automatic texts, the kiosk asks for their email and their updates arrive there instead. On your board, those guests show a note and one tap opens your phone’s SMS or WhatsApp with the message pre-written.
Verbessert
  • Your storefront recognises guests already in line — a guest tapping back to your storefront sees “You’re in line” with a link to their spot, front and centre, instead of being offered a second spot.
  • Venue photo banner — on the Modern style your banner flows into the page, with the guest’s status card floating over it.
v3.8

Run events end to end — check people in, take orders, and fulfil them

Hinzugefügt
  • Event check-in mode — run a whole event from one place. Set up your locations (a room, a venue, a pop-up, even a virtual room) and give each one stations — the spots where you check people in, take orders, hand things out, or scan tickets. Switch to it from the mode menu.
  • Registrants with typable check-in codes — everyone signed up for your event gets a short check-in code they can just read out, plus a personal QR. Bring your whole list in with a CSV import (download the template to match the columns), or add and edit people one at a time — each with their own printable card. Rename “Registrants” to whatever fits your event (attendees, guests, players…).
  • Access passes — decide which stations each person can use and how many times — a one-time entry, unlimited access, or a set number of uses (say, two drink tickets). Stations you mark as pass-required only let someone in when they hold a valid pass; the rest stay open to any registrant.
  • Import from Eventbrite (or a CSV) — pull your Eventbrite attendees (or any ticket CSV) straight in as registrants, complete with their access passes, so your door list is ready without retyping anyone.
  • Guest self-service ordering — share a link and your guests order for themselves off a station’s menu — no payment, it’s all comped — then watch their order’s status live on their phone.
  • A fulfilment board for the team — orders land on a simple board you work through New → Preparing → Ready → Done, so nothing gets missed and every guest sees exactly where their order stands.
  • Send-kit emails — email each registrant their check-in code and QR in one click, with wording you set for your event.
  • Printable billing report — get a clean, printable rollup of everything from the event for your records or to settle up.
Verbessert
  • Seating charts in every mode — your seating charts now belong to your business and are available whichever mode you’re working in, not just one.
v3.7

Your bookings come with you — plus sign-in rescue and steadier wait times

Hinzugefügt
  • Your free-app bookings come with you — when you link your free app to an account (turn on Customer tracking links), your bookings now transfer over along with your waitlist — every reservation you made on the device appears on your account, nothing left behind.
  • Sign-in rescue — typed the wrong password? We now automatically email you your one-tap sign-in link the moment a password attempt fails, so you're back in your account straight from your inbox — no reset dance.
  • A heads-up before you reach your weekly limit — free accounts now get an email at the halfway point of the weekly guest allowance and another at the limit, so the cap never catches you off guard mid-rush.
Verbessert
  • See your bookings on the free plan — the bookings board is now viewable on every account, so you can check your reservations at a glance. Editing bookings and live sync across your devices remain part of Pro.
  • Clearer signs when a feature needs Pro — team sign-in links, bookings editing, and kiosk auto-texts now tell you up front that they activate with Pro, instead of quietly doing nothing.
Behoben
  • Guest wait times hold steady — adding time to a party no longer shifts the wait estimates your other guests see on their tracking pages.
v3.6

Memberships, order-ahead fulfilment, and an app-like door scanner

Hinzugefügt
  • Memberships (Pro) — sell recurring memberships and fixed-term passes (a seasonal or meal-plan style pass valid for a set window, optionally prorated) right from your Storefront. Buyers pay through your own connected Stripe account and land straight on your check-in roster — each member gets a personal check-in QR, and the door blocks anyone whose membership has lapsed. Create your tiers under Memberships → Membership plans.
  • Order-ahead fulfilment — now its own workspace — run your order board as a dedicated Fulfilment mode: take paid order-ahead from your Storefront, work each order through received → in progress → ready, and put a customer pickup display on a screen so guests can watch for their order. Switch to it from the mode menu.
  • Documents & e-sign (Pro) — create your own consent, release or waiver forms and collect a typed signature from guests, on your Storefront or with a link you send — then review who signed, any time. Set them up under Documents (up to 3 per account for now).
Verbessert
  • An app-like door scanner — both the Check-in and Ticketing scanners are now full-screen, camera-first apps with a live list of who just checked in, a persistent bottom bar, and one-tap access to your members, attendees and stats — without leaving the scanner. The camera preview is rebuilt to be fast and undistorted on any phone.
  • Membership validity windows — each member can have a valid-from and valid-until date; the door welcomes them only inside that window (“not valid yet” before it starts, “expired” after it ends).
  • Guided setup on every screen — a simple 1‑2‑3 checklist now walks you through getting each mode ready to go live, and disappears once you are set up.
  • A simpler way to get in line — you just choose what a guest gives to join (their email, their phone, or just a name) and we send them their place-in-line link — no confirmation step to slow them down.
  • Clearer notifications — one “Message wording” place now controls exactly what sends; notifying a guest is a single confirm on the channel they gave you; and we no longer double-text someone who was already notified when they were added.
  • Locations that belong to your business — your locations are now shared across your whole team, so everyone works from the same set of places.
v3.5

Your Storefront — one link for your line, tickets, menu, and orders

Hinzugefügt
  • Storefront (Pro) — every business now gets a single, branded guest page at a shareable link. It brings together everything your customers need in one place: get in line, buy tickets, see your menu, and order ahead. Turn each section on or off, set your own headline and intro, and share the link or its QR code. Set it up under Settings → Storefront, and open the live page from Guest screens → Storefront.
  • Ticketing — included free with Pro — sell tickets to your events with beautiful QR tickets guests can print or keep on their phone. Scan them at the door to check people in, and ticket holders drop straight onto your roster. You get paid directly; we add a small 7% service fee per sale — no separate plan to buy.
  • Order ahead — let guests browse your menu and place an order right from your Storefront, with live order tracking. Turn it on under Settings → Storefront.
Verbessert
  • A redesigned Pro console — a cleaner, consistent sidebar that groups your guest screens, business (customers, staff, menu, storefront), and settings together. A new mode switcher lets one account run Waitlist, Ticketing, Check-in, or Creator — and your customers and settings stay put when you switch between them.
  • Language switcher in the header — pick your language from the globe menu at the top of any page, instead of hunting for it on a single screen.
  • See your plan's usage on Billing & Plan — your included texts, emails, lines, and team links now show right on the billing page, along with how much you have used and what is left.
  • Version & What's New — the current app version now shows under the Waitlist App name in the sidebar; click it any time to see what is new.
v3.4

See your reservations on a calendar

Hinzugefügt
  • Reservations calendar — your reservations now have a calendar view alongside the list. Switch between month, week, and day, jump to today or page through dates, and see a count on every day that has bookings. Tap a day to see everyone scheduled, then open any reservation. Available in both the free app and the Pro dashboard — look for the list / calendar toggle in your reservations view.
v3.3

A free online plan — register and send guests a live link

Hinzugefügt
  • Starter — a new free online plan — register for free (no credit card) and your queue goes online: send each guest a private link to watch their place in line, let walk-ups add themselves by scanning a QR code, and sync your line across your devices and team. Up to 250 guests a week. Tap Register for free on the pricing page or sign-up screen to get started.
  • Upgrade to Pro yourself, any time — when you outgrow the free plan, upgrade to Pro right from your dashboard for no weekly cap and ad-free, white-label tracking pages. No card to start on Starter — you only add one when you upgrade.
Geändert
  • A clearer pricing page — the plans now lay out the whole ladder — the offline Free app, the new online Starter plan, and Pro and up — with a side-by-side comparison of every feature.
v3.2

Run multiple queues from one account

Hinzugefügt
  • Multiple queues (Pro & Enterprise) — run separate waitlists for each chair, stylist, station, or location from one dashboard. Switch lines from the new menu at the top of the dashboard, and add more with ＋ New queue. Each line is fully its own — its own tracking links, display board, printer and branding settings, and menu + QR. Your main line is always included; Pro and Enterprise run multiple lines. Rename or delete a line under Settings → Queue.
v3.1

Show your menu on the customer tracking page

Hinzugefügt
  • Customer menu + QR (Pro) — add your food or services menu to the page where customers watch their place in line. Upload a PDF or link your own page, and customers get a “View menu” button right on their tracking page. You also get a printable QR code to put on tables, the counter, or your door — scanning it opens the same menu. Swap the PDF or link any time without reprinting the QR. Set it up under Settings → Menu.
v3.0

Run your queue as a team — and share a live view with customers

Hinzugefügt
  • Shared team access (Pro) — invite a host or front-desk helper to run your live queue from their own phone with a private link. They can add people, send notifications, seat, remove, bulk add, print, and manage reservations — but never see your billing, settings, or account. Create and retire links any time under Settings → Team access.
  • View-only share links (Pro) — send customers, or a back-of-house screen, a read-only link to watch the live queue and their status. Status labels adapt to your business type, and each link can be revoked individually.
  • More links when you need them — every paid plan includes 5 active share/editor links; add a 10-link pack for $19.99/month, as many as you need, and cancel any time.
Verbessert
  • Reservations now sync across your devices — bookings are saved to your account, so they appear everywhere you and your team sign in, not just the device where you entered them.
v2.9

Pro in your language

Hinzugefügt
  • The Pro app now speaks your language — the entire Pro experience (dashboard, settings, billing, and signup) is now fully translated into all nine supported languages: English, Spanish, Arabic, Portuguese, Hindi, Tamil, Chinese, German, and French. Right-to-left languages like Arabic render correctly throughout. Pick your language from the in-app language menu, or add ?lang=es to any Pro URL to preview it.
v2.8

Managed SMS — buy a pack, we text your customers

Hinzugefügt
  • SMS notification packs (Pro) — buy a $50 pack and we send the texts for you from our number when customers are added, notified, or seated. About 500 customers per pack, credits never expire, and there’s no Twilio account to set up. Turn it on under Dashboard → SMS Alerts. Prefer to run your own Twilio? That stays on Enterprise.
v2.7

Welcome customers the moment you add them

Hinzugefügt
  • "Notify when added" toggle — when you add a customer to the queue, the app now offers to send them a Welcome Message so they know they're on the list. On the free app it opens your own phone's SMS, WhatsApp, or email; Pro can also send it through managed notifications. Toggle it on or off and edit the message under Settings → Notification Templates.
  • "See how it works" walkthrough — first-time visitors to the free app get a quick guided demo of the add → notify → seat flow with sample customers, so the whole loop is clear at a glance.
v2.6

Public TV display, OBS overlay, and scan-to-join

Hinzugefügt
  • Public TV display board for Pro subscribers — full-screen "Now Serving / Up Next" for a venue TV, iPad, or streaming overlay. Off by default; opt in to mint a private URL.
  • Privacy modes — pick how customers appear on the public display: full name, first name + last initial, DMV-style ticket ID like "AB001", gaming handle, position only, or a custom template.
  • 5 color themes — Midnight, Sapphire, Crimson, Emerald, Sunset. Each designed for venue TVs and OBS overlays.
  • OBS streamer overlay mode — append ?overlay=1 to the display URL and drop into OBS as a Browser Source. Transparent background, dark glass cards over your scene, drop-shadow text for legibility over any video.
  • Customizable hero label — override "Now Serving" with "Now playing", "Up to bat", "Now cooking", "Now on stage", or whatever fits.
  • Scan-to-join QR overlay — show a "scan to join" QR code on the public display. Points at a new built-in join form at /q/{slug}/join, or any custom URL.
  • Join form builder — configure the public form's fields, labels, help text, and per-field required-ness. One custom field slot. Party size gets a configurable default.
  • Email verification — Pro feature. Require customers to confirm their email before they're added to the queue. Uses the managed email pipeline that ships with Pro. Stops bots, drive-by submissions, and stream trolls.
  • Discord webhook — automatically post to a Discord channel when "Now Serving" advances. Built for community queues, gaming tournaments, and stream chat.
  • Audio chime — soft or loud two-tone bell when "Now Serving" advances. For venues with display audio.
  • Bulk add — paste a list or CSV to add many customers at once. Auto-detects tab vs comma + header row.
  • Pre-issued QR chit batches — print stacks of DMV-style numbered chits with QR codes. Walk-up customers scan to claim their position.
  • Embeddable display widget — drop a small JS snippet on your own website to show a live mini-board. CORS-gated by allowed domains.
  • Staff display URL — separate URL that bypasses privacy modes and shows real names + contact info for back-of-house monitors.
  • Enterprise MCP tools now cover the entire public-display surface — configure themes, identifier modes, form fields, email verification, and more from Claude in plain English.
v2.5

Run your waitlist with Claude

Hinzugefügt
  • New Claude integration page with copy-paste setup for Claude Desktop, Claude.ai, and Claude Code. Enterprise subscribers can now manage their queue in plain English.
  • Side-by-side comparison now covers Waitlist.me alongside Waitwhile.
Behoben
  • Additional bug fixes and polish across the site.
v2.4

See what Pro looks like

Hinzugefügt
  • New "Pro experience" section on the homepage — a phone-frame preview of what your customers see when they get a tracking link, plus example SMS, WhatsApp, and email message previews.
